Join us for the Fall Rome Mahjong League hosted by Sara Saxon from Lux Aeir Rome and Erin Hight from Clocktower Cracks. This is a competitive, community-driven Mahjong league designed for players who love the thrill of strategy, friendly competition, and a great night out.
Timeframe: September - November
Schedule: Every other Tuesday beginning 9/8 through 11/17
Location: Los Trios Mexican Grill - 1004 N Broad St NE Rome, GA 30161
Time: 6–9 PM (Doors at 6 PM, game play begins promptly at 6:30)
Capacity: Limited to 24 players

How the League Works
- We will alternate between competitive and social play. Our first night will be social play.
- Competitive:
- No blanks + two jokers removed from each set for higher-stakes strategy.
- Each night, your first four games count toward your official League score.
- Win a game? You earn the full point value of the line from the card.
- Our team tracks scores live as players call “Mahjong!”
- We will tally overall points throughout the season.
- At the final November session, the player with the highest cumulative score wins the grand prize.
- Social:
- House rules! No score keeping
- Blanks and two extra jokers can be used
